This home is designed for family fun and features: *4 Bedrooms: 1King (downstairs/Mickey Mouse), 1 King-Master (upstairs/Relaxation), 1 Queen + 1 twin(upstairs/Avengers), 2 full in one bedroom (upstairs/Minions). *3 Full Baths *Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances – large refrigerator/freezer, range, microwave, conventional oven, dishwasher, cooking and dining ware, utensils, and more. *Flat screen TVs and cable TV in all bedrooms and living room *Dressers and clothes hangers in all bedrooms Free high-speed Wi-Fi *Central air conditioning *Ceiling fans with remote control at all bedrooms and living room *Your own private pool & outdoor furniture in the screened backyard. *Full-size Washer and Dryer *Extra Bed linens, bath towels, extra sheet set, pool towels. *Blackout curtains in all bedroom to provide dark environment for your quality sleep. *Small office space for your business needs Baby/Kids essentials: A portable baby playard (pack’ n play), a high chair, a stroller, 2 step stools, a kid toilet seat are available at the home. There is no additional fee for their use. STARTER SUPPLIES: The home is fully stocked with linens, towels, and pillows, but keep in mind your vacation home is intended as self-catering. For our guests convinience, a starter kit will be provided to help our guests settle down with the following items: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 paper towel roll, 2 trash bags, laundry detergent. Also, each bathroom will include 1 mini soap, 2 toilet paper roll, trash liners in all trash cans, and a hair dryer on each floor. Due to the personal preferance and allegy concern, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are not provided. Please bring additional personal items and restock on additional toiletries and home items as needed during your visit. There are plenty of stores and supermarkets in close proximity to the resort where you can gather these items. HOUSEKEEPING: As is typical of all home rentals, there is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. It is guest's responsibility to clean the towel and linens during the stay. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. ***If anything in particular is needed to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know in advance prior to your arrival.

Pool heat is available upon request, $35+tax per day (temperature goes up to 90F degree). Pet fee of $200 + tax per pet per trip, $100 each additional pet. Guests swim at their own risks. No pets are allowed in the pool. All trash needs to be bagged (including recyclables) before placing it into the garbage bin in the front.

Early check-in may be available, but only if the house is still not booked for the day before your arrival date. Similarly, late check-out may be available if the house is still not available for the day after your departure date. Early check-in or late check-out need to be requested at the time of booking.
